- AAA Logowear, LLC disclaims any liability for the unauthorized use of designs protected under the US Trademark and Copyright Laws.
By submitting this order, the customer represents to AAA Logowear, LLC, that they are licensed and/or otherwise entitled to use the design ordered for the purchase.
AAA Logowear, LLC may ask for permission in writing for design use where necessary.
AAA Logowear, LLC never sells, leases or gives up control of our customers logo’s or files associated with any orders.
AAA Logowear, LLC never releases digitized logo files to anyone for any reason. Digitizing is the art of creating a sequence of stitches to produce a design that a modern embroidery machine can recognize and use. It is our embroidery that can set us apart from our competition. It may be your logo, which we will not use without your permission, but it is our sequence of stitches that makes it look great and is copyrighted by AAA Logowear, LLC from the day it is created. - Returns & Replacements
- There are no returns on embroidered goods other than manufacturer defects within 30 days. Returns on unembroidered goods up to 30 days with 10% restocking fee. Must call for a R/A (return authorization) number (248) 380-1650.

- Payment will be via debit or credit card. Our listed pricing is for embroidered items, if you order blank items, $4.00 will be taken off of each item. Also, an additional charge of $35.00 will be added for orders under 144 pieces.
