What is embroidery?
Embroidery is the process of putting a sequence of stitching on a product to produce a logo or a name.
What is included in embroidery pricing?
Our embroidery pricing includes digitizing and embroidery up to 8000 stitches. 95% of all logos are 8000 stitches or less. If your logo requires more than 8000 stitches, our art department will notify you with any nominal price increases or options to reduce stitch count.
Can I send you my products for embroidery?
Sorry, we only embroider products that we supply.
What is your minimum?
Our minimum for an embroidery order is 6 pieces, if an order is less than 6 pieces, AAA Logowear reserves the right to charge a set-up fee.. There is no minimum on unembroidered, blank pieces.
Do you sell blank goods?
Yes, and there is no minimum amount requirement for blank pieces. Please note that the Nike GOLF and PING brands cannot be ordered as blank products, only as embroidered products.
How many colors can my logo have?
Our machines can hold up to 15 different colors.
What kind of art can I send to have my logo digitized?
Vector art is best. Vector art is art created from art programs like Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator. If you are unable to vector art your logo, Jpegs will work in most cases. Art should be sized large enough to see good detail.
Can I put two logos on my garment?
Yes, however, a set-up charge and the cost of embroidery will be added. Setup charges can range from $25.00 to $50.00 depending on the complexity of your logo.
How long will my order take to have embroidered?
Most orders will ship in 7 to 10 business days, after you approve your logo.
What thread colors do you offer?
Please check out our thread chart for all of the 48 colors we stock. You will find a match for most applications as our thread colors are exact matches for Pantone colors. We will do our best to match your logo colors for you.
What size can my logo be on the garment?
3.5" to 4.0" is the maximum for a chest-sized logo. Text has a minimum of .25". All logos are carefully looked at and the best size is determined for each logo.
